I found the article on Adolf Hitler's military career interesting, it exhibits where many of his prejudice and discriminating views originated. It was surprising how literal Hitler took his oath towards Germany and its leader, and the hate he felt for the Resteiage(not sure how to spell) for surrendering. Despising the common people for attempting to improve their way of life during the war Hitler ironically labels them as unpatriotic. I found his hate towards the labors of Germany particularly interesting.

I also found it interesting and a bit bizarre. Adolf Hitler was extremely marked after WWI and all of the troubles that he went through coupled with whatever psychotic thought and ideas that he had always had really set the stage for what and who he would later become and all of the atrocities that he would later be responsible for.

Hitler is such a bizarre character because although most people know what he's done, they have no idea how he came to develop such warped point of views. Even today, what motivated Hitler remains disputed, but I found your post interesting because of Hitlers seemingly contradictory views on patriotism.
I agree. After reading some of the posts that had this same subject matter, I went back to the site and looked at the information they offered on Hitler. I felt that it was just superbly bizarre, I dunno why.
