New Deal Website Comment

I thought that the site wasn't well organized in the sense of finding information easily. But, I thought, when I did find some information, that the site did a good job explaining what exactly happened during The Depression/The New Deal. I really enjoyed the photo gallery. The pictures really put a clear image into my head how The Depression affected people. The document library is rather extensive, so I couldn't read through all of the documents; however, the documents I did read were very helpful with coming to a full understanding of this time era. Overall, I think the site was informative once I was able to find information.

It was very difficult to find information on the site because of all the different links. I liked the photo gallery too. Each picture gave a different view of the time during the New Deal and Depression. There were pictures of progress or decline. I thought many of the paintings/drawings were interesting because in each picture you could see the different influences of the time.

The website was hard to find information and I think that the WWI website did a much better job. But, after finding the information, it was very helpful. I agree that the pictures had given a great depiction of what the era had been like. Not only did it bring more understanding, but it also put me in an emotional mindset when I looked at them. The website was full of informative information, even about the arts.

This site was a really good source of information, as the articles were a very good source of knowledge for the times that were occurring. Once you are able to find the information and your way around the site I feel as though this site could be a very beneficial one to know and have.

Like everyone else, the website was really hard to navigate through.
The pictures, like those from the WW1 website, were informative and they were very specific too. You could find a picture to look at on almost anything
