WWI comment

I found the article about Hitler's experience in the war interesting. A Slow Fuse: Hitler's Wartime Experiences, this article helped me learn more about who Hitler was. Having been a soldier in the war Hitler was obviously deeply affected by the things that happened during his career as a soldier. We may even connect the influences of the war with his later extremist views on what the future of Germany and the world should be. The article helps me form my own opinions on where Hitler's passion for his views came from. It also describes Hitler as a good soldier who was well decorated for multiple occasions of bravery and I think it's important to understand that Hitler although he became the dictator craving world domination did possess courage and wasn't a coward. By learning about what Hitler went through I felt that I understood more where his later extremism came from.
